GeoCaFES: Supporting and promoting future scientists with Latin American heritage to build community and explore Earth Science careers
GeoCaFES is a 10-week summer "bridge" program to gain research experience and explore careers in the Earth and Environmental Sciences. The GeoCaFES community also provides mentoring and professional development during the program and beyond.
Join us this summer (May 20 through July 29) for a research experience with scientists from the Earth and Environmental Sciences Department at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. GeoCaFES encourages students who are members of underrepresented groups in the GeoSciences to apply. This program is open to undergraduate students or must be recently graduated from an undergraduate program.
